This is the official website of the Sunland Springs Homeowners Association. This website serves as an information resource for those living in, and for those wishing to join us in Sunland Springs Village, a 55+ master-planned active adult community in Mesa, Arizona, a part of the Valley of the Sun, east of Phoenix and close to the Superstition Mountain wilderness preserve.  
 
The community is a 900-acre development of homes, townhomes and condos that encompass a spectacular 27-hole executive golf course, a comprehensive all-level competitive and casual tennis association, and other top-notch recreational facilities and programs. Nearly 5,000 people will call Sunland Springs Village home when the development is fully completed.
