yogaThe SSV Yoga group is in the sixth year of stretching and toning our muscles and enjoying life.

Join us and you will learn how to stretch doing standing poses or
mat work. You will also learn how to improve your sense of balance by doing balancing poses.

Men and women from beginner to advanced levels are welcome. Our yoga instructor works with all abilities and gives special attention to those who have minor knee, back, or shoulder problems.

The SSV Yogis are an active, social group, also. Members host a variety of social events throughout the year.
