Beginning Monday, August 10, painting of the north tennis court support structures, parking lot light poles, and west pickleball court light poles will begin. To complete this project safely, parking will be restricted on a staged basis in the immediate work areas while painting is in progress.

 

 

• Painting of the tennis court support structures nearest the HOA Offices/Card Rooms.
• The fence structures will be electrostatically painted to minimize overspray; however, parking spaces adjacent to the active work area will be temporarily closed during painting.
• Full parking access will be restored each evening after work is completed.

• Painting will move to the tennis courts adjacent to the Springwood Pools.
• This phase will be followed by painting the light poles serving the Bocce Ball and Shuffleboard areas.
• During this work, parking will be restricted on the south side of the tennis courts and the north side of the Bocce Ball/Shuffleboard area, as required.

• Painting of all parking lot light poles around the North HOA Complex, followed by the South HOA Complex, and concluding with the Pickleball Complex light poles.

Please note that this schedule is tentative and may change due to weather conditions, particularly if wind speeds exceed the limits for safe electrostatic painting. We appreciate your cooperation, patience, and understanding as we complete this project to improve the appearance and preserve these community facilities.
