Residents enjoy recreational basketball on the community half-court located near the north tennis courts. Basketballs are available through the HOA office for resident use. Open daily from 6:00 am to 10:00pm.

 

The Billiards Room features eight expertly maintained billiards tables in a comfortable, well-lighted environment. Supported by the Billiards Club, the room is a popular destination for both casual and competitive play. Open daily from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm (key fob entry). Four well-maintained bocce courts with shaded seating areas provide an enjoyable setting for friendly competition and social interaction. The Bocce Ball Club conducts organized activities. Open daily from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. For more information see the Bocce Ball Club.

 

Residents have access to two fitness centers conveniently located at the Springwood Complex and the San Tan Center. The larger Springwood facility offers a full range of exercise equipment, while the San Tan Center provides several workout options in a smaller setting. The San Tan Center is open 24 hours daily, while the Springwood Center is open daily from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm (key fob entry). All users of the Fitness Centers are asked to read and observe the rules governing the use of this facility.

 

Sunland Springs Village features twelve pickleball courts with dedicated spectator seating, covered rest areas, snack shacks, and restrooms. These popular courts support both casual play and organized activities. Courts are open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. For more information or to schedule courts see the SSV Pickleball Club. Note that Mesa Firefighters have permission to use our Pickleball courts. We appreciate their service to our community.

 

Sixteen shuffleboard courts with individual seating and shaded gathering areas provide a welcoming environment for recreation and league play. The beautifully maintained softball complex features a manicured field, electronic scoreboard, spectator seating, snack shack, and restrooms. The facility serves as the home of the community’s active Softball Club. Field use is scheduled through organized league and club activities. For more information, see the Softball Club

 

Residents enjoy two resort-style pool facilities located at the Springwood Complex and the San Tan Center. Amenities include activity pools, lap lanes, spas, lounge seating, changing rooms, and restrooms, creating a relaxing environment for exercise and leisure. Pools are heated year-round and open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Children’s hours are 12:00 – 2:00 pm at Springwood and 4:00 – 6:00 pm at San Tan. All users of the pools must read and observe the rules governing the use of this facility

 

The community offers twelve LED-lighted tennis courts with six located at the Springwood Complex and six located at the San Tan Center. Each facility includes shaded seating, snack shack areas, and restrooms to support both recreational and organized play. Courts are open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
