Meeting & Social Amenities
Sunland Springs Village has a variety of indoor and outdoor meeting spaces. The Auditoriums and other meeting rooms can be reserved by clubs and individual residents by contacting the Lifestyle Director.
Conference Room
The Conference Room at the Springwood Complex provides a professional and functional meeting space complete with tables, seating, and a display monitor for presentations and group discussions. Room availability is based on scheduled community use.
Dog Park
The community Dog Park offers a spacious area for residents and their pets to enjoy the outdoors. A separate area accommodates smaller or timid dogs, and convenient on-site amenities include a restroom and drinking fountain. Winter hours are 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and summer hours are 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM. All users of the Dog Park are asked to read and observe the rules governing the use of this facility. Hospitality Room
Perfect for casual gatherings and small events, the Hospitality Room includes tables, seating, a sink, and microwave facilities to support social activities and meetings. Availability is based on the community activity schedule.
Library
The SSV Library offers a relaxing place to read, browse, and socialize. You may borrow a book, puzzle or DVD from the library and return it at your leisure. Leave books that you no longer need on the table at the library for others to read. A Wi-Fi hot spot is also available. Open daily from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm (key fob access). Monterrey Park
Monterrey Park provides a peaceful outdoor setting featuring walking paths, benches, and attractive LED lighting for evening enjoyment. The park is a favorite destination for relaxation and leisurely strolls.
Picnic Area & Ramada
This enclosed grassy gathering area includes picnic tables and a covered ramada, creating the perfect setting for outdoor events, social gatherings, and recreational activities. Open daily and available for club and individual resident events.
San Tan Center
The San Tan Center is one of the community’s premier gathering venues, featuring flexible seating, a raised platform, sound and video capabilities, and a convenient kitchen area. Perfect for meetings, events, and social functions. Hours vary based on scheduled community events and activities.
Springwood Auditorium
As the community’s largest event venue, the Springwood Auditorium hosts concerts, dances, dinners, Bingo, meetings, and special events throughout the year. The facility features a full stage along with professional-level sound, lighting, and video systems. Hours vary based on scheduled community events and activities.
