How do I login to access the members only content?
As a registered member on the SSV website you will be able to access all the members-only content, including the Member Directory, Board Minutes, Financials, forms, and more. If you were a member of the SSV Homeowners Association in August 2026 you are already registered and all you need to do is login. New members are registered when the HOA Office receives the information from your closing and will notify you of your login information.

I can't find something. Is there a 'search' function
One of the biggest deficiencies in our former website was the lack of a search function. This was an absolute must for the new system. With the Search function you can find almost anything on the site, and we’ll explain the exceptions at the end.
To access the Search function, you can either click the magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner or navigate to ‘Forms & Other>Site Search’.
![]()
When you click either one you are presented with the Site Search screen.

Just enter the text you are searching for. This is not an ‘AI’ search – it just searches for words but ignores case. The search term must be more than three characters. Keep it simple. One of the most common questions posted on the Forum is ‘When are the children’s pool hours’, so let’s search for that.

Here are the results of the search:

Your two best answers are likely to be in the first ‘content’ listing which is the Pool Rules, or the FAQ listing (Frequently Asked Questions).
If you search for an activity or event that will likely be on the Calendar, the first listing will be the next occurrence.

The ‘exception’ mentioned earlier about finding ‘almost anything’ has to do with people. If you search for a specific person’s name the Site Search the results will show pages where their name is included, but not their directory information. If you are looking for that you need to do the Directory Search, on the Directory page.
How can I find an activity or event on the Calendar?
The Calendar now contains almost every activity occurring at Sunland Springs Village – which is a lot of activities! To find a particular activity (or type of activity) we will use the ‘Category’ function. Start by opening the calendar – click ‘Calendar’ on the top menu, and then select ‘Calendar’ the first option.
This will show the current month Calendar and ALL categories. To view a future month, click the >> button, or select the month and click ‘Go’.
Select the ‘Category’ you want to view, such as ‘Cards & Games’.
You will then see only those activities on the Calendar, and on the list below the Calendar.
If you click within the day box, the list below the calendar will only show the ‘Cards & Games’ occurring on that day.
If you click the activity title in the month, you will see the details for that activity. If you click ‘Export this Event’ it will download an ics file to your computer. That file can be used to add the event to your personal calendar. Depending on your email/calendar software, double-clicking that file will generally open a dialog box to confirm adding the activity to your calendar.
Another way to find a specific activity on the Calendar is to use the ‘Site Search’ function. Click the magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner, and when the Search box appears, enter the name of the activity.
.
This will present you with a list of results. The first one listed will be the next occurrence of that activity.
Where can I RSVP or buy tickets for a community event?

Clicking that link will take you to the page on the Ticket Tailor site to RSVP or purchase tickets.
Just click the ‘Buy Tickets’ button and follow the steps.
You can also see all the upcoming events that are available on Ticket Tailor for RSVP or ticket purchase. There are two ways to get there:
Just click on the ‘Event Tickets’ menu choice on the Calendar tab. There is also a quick ‘Button’ on the Home page that will take you to the same place.

Where can I find information about clubs and other programs?

Clicking on one of these will take you to the page for that group which has a list, organized with drop-down headers.

Clicking on the header will drop-down a page of information about that club or group, including a description, meeting date, time and location, and contact information.
Some clubs and groups have their own separate website, and that information will also be provided on this page. The final choice on this menu is Policies & Forms for clubs.
Where can I find Board Minutes, Financial Reports and other things that used to be on the Portal?
Clicking Documents will reveal a file folder viewer with the categories of documents.
Clicking the Category heading will reveal the contents, or where the documents are categorized by year, a list of the years.
Clicking the link will open the pdf document in a new window. Board Minutes are organized by year. Clicking the Year will open the list for that year.
Clicking the link will open the pdf document in a new tab.

This same ‘Folder Viewer’ format is used on a few other pages where there are multiple documents that can be downloaded.
