FirstService Residential Association Management has been retained by the SSV Board of Directors to manage the daily operations of the Sunland Springs Village Homeowners Association. As managing agent for the Association, FirstService Residential maintains Association property, manages Association finances, and enforces the policies set forth by the association’s governing documents. FirstService Residential is responsible for responding to all homeowners’ concerns regarding property maintenance, Association fees, accounting issues, enforcement of the CC&R’s, as well as architectural control and the overall operation of the Sunland Springs Village Homeowners Association.

 

The association office hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. Stop by the association office or call us at 480-354-8758 for information on any association matter. Should there be an emergency at the amenities when the office team is not onsite, please reach out to FirstService Residential’s 24/7 customer care center at 855-333-5149. If the care center is unable to assist you, they will reach out to management
