The Association Office
The Association Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. New residents can schedule an individual orientation and tour by calling the office at 480-354-8758. You can sign up for activities, clubs and classes, and purchase tickets for upcoming events during normal business hours. You can also make copies and send/receive faxes for a nominal fee, our fax # is 480-354-8761.

The Village Voice
Our community newspaper comes out around the 1st of every month and gives you details about the community’s happenings from activities to management. It can also be read online on the website.
City of Mesa Trash/recycling day
Please place your cans out by 6:00 am on the day of pick up and remove after they have been emptied.
- Recycle day (blue can) is on Monday
- Trash day (black can) is on Thursday
Community Recycling
The Woodshop collects aluminum cans to help support their projects and to purchase needed equipment and supplies. Clean cans may be dropped off at the back door of the Woodshop. Aluminum pull tabs are collected for the Phoenix Ronald McDonald House. Drop off your tabs in the office. All other recycling goes in your blue trash can.
Key Fobs
To gain access to many community facilities you need a key fob (or phone app). Visit the HOA office to get yours, or to get a replacement if you lose one.
Name Tags
For a friendlier community, plus safety and security reasons we ask that you wear your nametag when you are using any of the facilities or attending social events within the community.

Parking
Resident vehicles should be parked in the garage, not on the driveway or the street. You can request a ‘Variance’ for specific situations as described in the CC&Rs.
Architectural Changes
Any change to your home or lot, including painting, requires approval by the Architectural Review Committee. Details are available here.

Library
The library is open 24/7, with secured access. There is a great variety of books, magazines, puzzles and videos . Donations are appreciated. Returned and donated items need to be placed on the desk.
Cable/Internet
There are three providers that serve various parts of the community. You can check here for more information or check with your neighbors. Likewise, there are several 5G providers, but coverage varies.

Notary
There is a notary in the Association Office to perform simple notary services, at no charge to residents. The notary has a stamp, but not an embossed seal, and does not notarize escrow paperwork.
