We're excited to let you know that the San Tan Pool and Spa are getting a refresh!

Beginning November 9, Raven Pools, Inc. will begin renovation work designed to renew the appearance and condition of these popular community amenities.

The work will include removal and replacement of the existing pool and spa interior finishes with a new white mini-pebble finish, along with new waterline tile. The pool will also receive new lane-line and depth-marker tile, and ribbon tile will be installed on the steps in accordance with county code. The project also includes preparation and cleaning of the pool and spa shells, refilling and startup, as well as the necessary permits and inspections.

Please mark your calendars:

We know that the San Tan Pool and Spa are an important part of everyday life at Sunland Springs Village. We appreciate your patience while this work is completed and think residents will enjoy the refreshed look when the project is finished.

Thank you for your understanding and for helping us continue to care for and invest in our wonderful community.

We look forward to seeing everyone back at the San Tan Pool and Spa beginning November 23!
