We are excited to share some wonderful news with our community! Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Ryan Garrison, who is joining us as our new General Manager at Sunland Springs Village.
Ryan comes to us with over 8 years of experience in operations and community management, having successfully overseen large-scale communities and multi-site portfolios totaling thousands of homes. Throughout his career, Ryan has kept two main priorities at the heart of his work: resident satisfaction and protecting the long-term vitality of the community.

- Proven Expertise: Ryan holds both the CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) and AMS (Association Management Specialist) designations, bringing top-tier professional guidance to our day-to-day operations, reserve projects, and board alignment.
- Hands-On Leadership: From coordinating infrastructure and capital improvement projects to supporting vendor relationships and community events, Ryan is known for a steady, direct, and approachable leadership style.
- Community-Minded: Ryan strongly believes in open communication, transparency, and being an accessible, reliable resource for residents.
As Ryan steps into his role, his top priority will be ensuring a smooth, seamless transition across all community operations. He looks forward to working closely with our staff, board members, and committee volunteers to keep Sunland Springs Village running efficiently and looking its best.

Anthony Day joins the team with 12 years of hands-on property maintenance experience, bringing a strong background comprised of 4 years in HOA maintenance and 8 years in multifamily housing. Throughout his career, Anthony has managed properties across every phase of their lifecycle—from new construction setups and initial rollouts to day-to-day operations and asset disposition. His experience spans a wide variety of property types, including mid-rise, high-rise, garden-style, and master-planned communities.
Driven by a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship and resident service, Anthony excels at solving complex maintenance challenges, streamlining operational processes, and protecting long-term property value. He approaches every project with a problem-solving mindset and a constant drive to expand his technical expertise.
Outside of work, Anthony maintains an active lifestyle centered around his family and the outdoors. He is the proud parent of two young children and enjoys mountain biking, snorkeling, and traveling to tropical destinations like Hawaii. A builder and fixer by nature, Anthony also runs a small handyman business, where he enjoys helping homeowners tackle custom repairs, improve their living spaces, and keep things running smoothly.
