Daily 6:00 am to 10:00 pm
Children: San Tan Pool -- 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Children: Springwood Pool -- 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm
 
 
Maricopa County Pool Regulations
Maricopa County Environmental Health Code Rules, Chapter 6 -- May Not Be Modified
  • Persons with sore or inflamed eyes, colds, nasal or ear discharges, boils or other acute or obvious skin or body infections, or cuts shall be excluded from the pool.
  • No glassware allowed within the pool enclosures.
  • No animals allowed except for service animals. All animals are excluded from bathing in the pool.
  • No drinks, candy, tobacco, popcorn, gum, alcohol, or food of any kind shall be permitted in the pool or within the required walkways (4 feet) of the pool. (See HOA Rule 11)
  • Keep gate(s) closed —do not prop open.
  • Shower and use the toilet before entering the pool.
  • If incontinent, wear tight fitting rubber or plastic pants or a swim diaper. (See HOA Rule 12)
  • No person in or at a swimming pool shall commit, or be permitted to commit, any act prejudicial to the life or health of any other person using the pool.
  • Observe all safety regulations. (See HOA Rule 9)
SSV HOA POOL AND SPA RULES
Rules May Be Temporarily Modified for HOA Events
  1. Hours are from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
  2. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  3. Pools and spas are reserved for Sunland Springs Village residents and their guests. All guests age 16 and older must be accompanied by a resident or have a guest fob purchased from the HOA office.
  4. No children under the age of 3 permitted in the pool.
  5. Children ages 3 to 15 may only swim in the Springwood pool from 12 PM to 2 PM and in the San Tan pool from 4 PM to 6 PM, and must be accompanied by an adult.
  6. Only waterproof, oil-free sunblock is permitted to avoid damaging furniture and equipment.
  7. Only pool-safe toys softball size or larger permitted. No water guns. No bubbles to avoid damage to equipment.
  8. Lap swimmers have priority in the Springwood lap pool and San Tan pool lap lanes except during children’s hours, exercise classes or volleyball activity.
  9. No running, jumping or rough play in pool area. NO DIVING.
  10. No smoking or vaping.
  11. Drinks are allowed at loungers, tables and chairs. Food items may only be consumed at tables.
  12. No diapers, swim diapers or protective underwear allowed.
  13. Conduct that includes physical aggression, threats, verbal abuse, or other disruptive behavior is prohibited.
Emergency phone, first aid kit and AED are located in the Fitness Center

SPA RULES
  1. Only guests 16 and older are allowed. No exceptions.
  2. USE CAUTION! It is recommended to limit time to 15 minutes.
  3. No oils, grease, lotions or shampoos are allowed to avoid damage to equipment.
  4. Personal grooming is prohibited.
